Guests tour in comfortable Toyota Hiace and Coaster buses and are accompanied at all times by experienced and knowledgeable Huli guides from the local area, so as to make the experience all the more educational and rewarding.
An incredible 217 species of birds have been recorded here in Papua New Guinea. Recently, naturalists from England discovered among many new species of birds, the unique giant rat of Mt. Bosavi, the highest mountain the province that can be seen from the windows of the bedrooms.
Guests are accommodated in forty round houses, set amongst the landscaped gardens and built almost exclusively from local materials.
